I recently added this to my 2016 Pilot. It came rolled up and after an hour or two of laying it out it flattened nicely. The only thin I think would have made it better is a couple pieces of velco to match up what's on the back of the 3rd row seats to help stop the cargo tray from sliding around. It doesn't slide much now, but the velco would have been a nice touch.
