The tray folds up and tucks neatly under the third row, but it's all-or-nothing. You can't fold and tuck just one section of the third seat, defeating the usefulness of the 40/60 split.

I recently upgraded from a 2005 Odyssey to a 2016 Odyssey. All I can say is that all the mats for the 2016 Odyssey or of inferior quality. The cargo mat for the 2005 Odyssey was high quality rubber and easily folded under the 3rd row seat. The cargo mat for the 2016 odyssey is a cheap light weight plastic and does not easily fit under the 3rd row seat. When it is in use, it also easily slides around and out of position on top of the interior carpet with the slightest push, something that the rubber cargo mat on my 2005 Odyssey never did. This is a sub-standard accessory from Honda, shame on them.

This is a great idea. It fits great into the back cargo area. Unfortunatly it as advertised does not fit under the third row seat!

I love this! I am very happy I purchased it! Yes it doesn't have the 40/60 split but I keep my back seats down and leave middle up and this completely protects it!! Very happy for the money!
